Article: DB ESG Achieves Outstanding Results in Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025
In November 2025, all the organisations that DB ESG had completed work for over the previous 3 years were invited to complete a survey evaluating DB ESG’s service and performance. Although the participation rate was relatively low, with responses received from only 15% of the organisations contacted, the feedback provided was very positive.
DB ESG is proud of the feedback provided and even prouder of what this says about the relationships built with customers.
All respondents stated that they would describe their experience with DB ESG as excellent. In addition, 100% confirmed that they would use DB ESG’s services again and reported being extremely satisfied with the company’s technical expertise, communication and quality of work. DB ESG also scored highly on responsiveness, time taken to complete work, service cost, reliability, and on-site health and safety performance.
DB ESG will continue to work hard to deliver a first-class service to all customers and will always strive for continuous improvement.
