DB ESG achieves positive customer survey results

A few weeks ago, DB ESG emailed all of the organisations that DB ESG has worked for over the previous three years, inviting them to complete a survey to evaluate the service provision. The results are very positive!

In February 2022, we contacted all of the organisations that we have worked for over the previous three years, inviting them to complete a survey to evaluate our service provision.

This survey was emailed via MailChimp to contacts across the 56 companies that DB ESG has worked with over the previous three years. 29% of the 56 companies participated in this and submitted feedback.

We are proud of the results obtained through this survey. 100% of respondents would use us again, 100% think that their experience with us was good or excellent. We also scored highly on technical expertise, responsiveness, flexibility, reliability, work quality, on site health and safety performance, the time taken to complete work and the cost of our service.

DB ESG will continue to work hard to deliver an excellent service for all of our customers and to strive for continuous improvement.


Our business is successful because we deliver what was promised to our customers. Doing what we said we would, to the agreed timescales and quality, allows our customers to deliver their own commitments.

This continued performance is essential to our ongoing success but we are always looking for ways to improve, so appreciate all the feedback!
