  • Business Development Co-ordinator

Role Purpose
To provide support to the Business Development function of DB ESG. Specific responsibility for the control & management of opportunities through the organisation, ensuring compliance with the company’s governance requirements. Maintain the integrity of the opportunity dataset and customer procurement portals. Support on an ad-hoc basis marketing initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Arrange, facilitate and minute the bid governance meeting
  • Monitor the status of opportunities and highlight areas of concern
  • Management of customer portals to maximise opportunity identification
  • Produce presentations for specific campaigns or meetings
  • Creation and management of opportunity data in the company management system
  • Continuous improvement of business development / opportunity processes
  • Control of opportunity specific records, documentation and correspondence
  • Creation and management of opportunity folder set
  • Undertake market research analysis (customers / competitors)
  • Support the activities of the Marketing & Communications Manager
  • Support the compilation of bids
